Presenter Guidelines
Please find below all the necessary information to help you prepare and deliver a successful presentation at the conference.
Oral Presentations:
Each presenter will have a 15-minute time slot in total. Please prepare your presentation for 12 minutes and at the end of your presentation, there will be 3 minutes for Q&A.

Here is the PowerPoint template for your presentation.
Slide aspect ratio
PowerPoint presentations will be projected on screens format with an aspect ratio of 16:9
How to name your file
Name_Last Name_presentation date_session name / example: John_Smith_October 5_T7
Upload your presentation
Please use the above link to send us your presentation no later than September 28, 2022.
Speaker Ready Room:
It is in the room Neilson 4, and will be available as per below hours:
Sunday, October 2 | 14:00 – 19:30
Monday, October 3 | 07:00 – 16:30
Tuesday, October 4 | 07:00 – 17:00
Wednesday, October 5 | 08:00 – 15:00
Poster Presentations:
Posters should not measure more than 4′ x 4′, and should be constructed from lightweight material (heavy posters will not affix to the boards). Presenters will be provided with materials to attach their posters.
Presenting authors are required to attend their posters on Tuesday, October 4 between 3:30 -5:30 pm. during the poster session. Posters should be mounted and removed by the presenters themselves.
Monday, October 3: Mount your poster between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Tuesday, October 4: Remove your poster between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Any posters left on the boards at the end of Tuesday, October 4 will be removed by the organizers and will be recycled.
